Here's mine
Xperia launcher

1. B.full clock widget, ics search box and commonly used apps.

2. Poweramp, android booster and flashlight widgets.

3. For apps and games which i am trying to complet these days.

Can you also mention from where did you get the app installed ?? From Market or any other sources ??

Locker is MiLocker

1. Go Launcher EX, UCCW clock - Tags , Custom ICS search, Metro Station Icons
2. Minimal Twidget
3. FriendCaster, Glass Widget - News, Plug In Music widget

you can't
why don't you use adw launcher or launcher pro. They are much more smoother and stable than touchwiz. But launcher pro hasn't been updated since a year.
