i modified the prada launcher apk and placed the icons there. inside the folder drawable_hdpi you'll find the default prada icons, just replace what you want. you should use the original filename though.. for example if u dont need the dictionary icon and it's name is dictionary.png , find somethng to replace it (like for example the phone icon) and then rename it dictionary.png then drag to the drawable_hdpi folder, it will then overwrite the dictionary icon with the phone icon
