Spirosbond, maybe you don't have that, but would be nice a repository with all the old versions of the mods, like a mediafire folder or something.

Sorry my friend. I don't keep previous UI miss because they are too many files. As long as you have the old SystemUI.apk you can make them. I have the volume wake flashables though. Do you need them?
Tell me if you need any help on how to make them on your own.
Cheers

Don't worry... i have my mods for my Aurora 2.0.5... as long as I have backups, I think there's no need for more. Thank you for all your work!

My people, i've modified the STOCK Aurora 2.10 Mms.apk to get 160 characters capacity per SMS for non-English languages.

The script credits goes to theos0o. I've only decompiled the apk, found the right places to replace the commands, compiled it and signed it.

And i've also add -> c and -> a, which were missing.

If you want this mod, but want the stock messaging app, so this is for you!

I've tested it with v2.10, but probably works on previous ones too.

If you notice that some special character is missing, please contact me and I'll add it.

I hope you like it! Best regards

spirosbond, please feel free to add it to the first page.

Link: http://www.mediafire.com/?pnc1xcxi4bdc5y6

Install Instructions:

push it via adb to /system/app
or

Use a file manager to copy file to /system/app.
Set apk file permissions to 644.
Set apk file ownership both to root.

No, no...

theos0o's is an Mms.apk from a CM9 rom, which is very different. Mine is based on stock Mms.apk... It's best for non-English users, because CM9 one has a lot of string untranslated! And for those who want to use stock mms.apk, here's the solution!

But it's up to you

Regards

Oh now I see! I use theos0o's .apk which I really like, but I have English language so haven't noticed any translation issues. Since our Aurora's extra power (the main power is dzo ) is the little contribution from everyone I thank you and I will add your post in the first thread! Please edit it and add an alternative download link because dropbox is going to ban you for high traffic

Cheers!
