my last test:
1-flashed .73 firmware.
2-flashed v1a booted normally.
3-went to recovery and installed v2
4-freeze and reboot when reading the sd.

I only have about 4GB free on my internal memory, and masses of music, I'll back it up and wipe the device and see if it's anything to do with that.

found the phone off again :/

Update:

After 9+ hours of usage with v2, I had a missed call and the notification light was blinking, but the phone didn't respond to the power key (screen stayed off). Finally had to reset using the power and volume up key combination

Perfect , I'm already try v2 + set cpu (decrease cpu when turn screen off)

!! Work from 08:30->21:30 , Battery remaining 40%

Reflash stock with flashtool..., wipe all checked
Flash stock ftf, run IT.....
Reboot
Flash dk v01a
Reboot, run rom....
Kopy zip to sdcard
Reboot xrec install zip....
Using old cpuspy 2.2.4
Allswell running fast ass hell
