Open the voice dialer and say open apns

(voice dialer should be built in) as for the market i'm not sure, you can try clearing the cache/data to see if that helps any

Isn't it in Settings>More>Mobile Networks>APN?

Phone barely lasted 10 hours

I have deep sleep enabled,underclocked at 921 mhz and sleep mode (245mhz)

How do you achieve 15 hours? :S

There's something wrong with your phone/battery. Are you using DooMKernel/Keiran's Kernel?
