The most importante is the Modem, no one whants a 3 Inch Tablet...

+ 1. No matter which android version can be run, froyo and ics have almost the same usability...

Don't worry about performance. The specs of Wave are good enough to run ICS decently. You can compare with HTC HD2, Nexus One or Galaxy S ICS.

Id compare it with the nexus one / sgs if i where you and not the HD2 the HD2 hasnt really gotten HWA yet with ICS which makes it nearly unusable in the everyday.
