Yes, you can use Root Webserver (see my sig) to browse the phone's filesystem from you PC's web browser, and upload and download files.
Win8/Windows RT Projects:

I need help please ,

I managed how to receive pics correctly from other devices thru bluetooth but my question is how to be able to have them seen in WP7 picture app , where to save them !!! I tried too many locations , still can't be seen in picture app .

Hello.
I have a Omnia 7 with DFT V1 Rom, and I'm able to recive files, but not send.. It finds the device I want to send to but then it can't send.. No error.. Anyone can help?

hi and thx for the great job!
i have a problem for sending files!
when i select a file for sending,
the destination phone ask for a password(pair code)
i entered any code in destination phone but the process of sending file do not start!
what do i wrong????
i tested on two nokia phone!

what you need to do is to deactivate the authenticity(passkey)required under setting/ bluetooth(depends on device)from there you can receive with a breeze.Hope it works.

i don't have this setting nor on my laptop
nor on destination phone under the bluetooth menu setting

Try 0000 for both device with both device Bluetooth on.

the problem is it ask for the pin only on destination not on source(WP7 bt file transfer)

I have that problem too at first. Then I deactivate the password and it work.But both my device I switch on the BT.

Again , I repeat the same question any help would be really appreciated .

I need help please ,

How can I see my received pictures or videos via bluetooth in the picture app and Video app , and for sending via bluetooth where to look to find them and if possible why it can't be made an option to send and receive pics or videos by just long pressing the item and then we have the option for that
