I have been looking for a light blue clock for a long time. so i was wondering if anyone can get this clock to work with the TB sense 3.0?

For that certain clock mentioned in the OP. Try Blue Glass. It's only a skin its removeable.
I wouldn't recommend flashing anything that requires using recovery. It mite change the framework. But Skins are basically apps. Just install it like an app and remove like an app if you don't like it.

Have you looked on the marketplace? there is a app called custom clock and you could just try and make it, or something similar.
