Thanks for the logcat, I also think it's about the deepsleep (which activates after 30 minutes lock I think)
But if it's that easy, this should actually solve the problem
Code:pm.sleep_mode=0 ro.ril.disable.power.collapse=1
doesn't it??
No, unfortunately not... But I said I don't think it is an issue with deep sleep, because I checked every 5 minutes and after half an hour (5th check) WiFi went down. So, it would be in deep sleep then after these 5 minutes after the last check.
Sorry if I am not so clear... Try to do my best in English
Brood, you know those new wifi tweaks you found and recommended not to use them? Yeah well after using them I have never had a single dc. But at the same time wifi drains my battery like hell. Well I am on CM9 so it might just be for me.

Touche. Still though, higher RAM usage hints for more background activity and higher workload on the CPU. But I could be wrong.
Bumped into several duplicate build.prop entries. Amongst others:
dalvik.vm.dexopt-flags (m=v,o=y and v=n,o=v)
media.stagefright.enable-http=true (3 entries)
media.stagefright.enable-meta=true (3 entries, 2 set to false)
media.stagefright.enable-player=true (3 entries, one set to 1)
media.stagefright.enable-scan=true (3 entries)
ro.opengles.version=131072 (2)
ro.ril.gprsclass=10 (2)
ro.ril.hsxpa=1 (2, one set to 2)
I'm not experiencing any issues, should I worry about these?
now a idiot question:
for what is the cmw backup??
can I install this rom like a backup or how?
Sorry for this question

One question .. can i replace the recovery img inside r5 cwm backup with the recovery img from arco???
Wow thanks, that's really messy, I cannot believe i didn't see that
Btw, the media.stagefright.enable-xxxx=true is default to exist 2x. look at the default build.prop and see for yourself
How can i use the "Custom status bar layer"?
i create the systemUi...i connect the phone...i execute push...but my label is "broodRom rc5"
the cwm backup is an alternative way of installing RC5, if you backup your current rom and restore the rc5 backup you can easily switch between both roms
hi Brood,
just did a cwm backup of RC4, now, what i should "clean" in there before a new RC5 install? Dalvik, cache, data... just not to loose my data + apps on internal SD.
I know, better would be a factory reset and a fresh ODIN RC5 install (as i did for RC4) but, you know, this way i'll loose all my job and start for a new trip...
and perhaps i'd like better to revert to RC4, waiting for final release.
thanks for all your efforts
Lou
/system/etc/wifi/nvram_mfg.txt
In /system/etc/init.d/01broodrom you can set the the cpu manually, set PROFILE to 0 and uncomment the lines at Manual CPU Configuration.
