FSO is the last thing I push, particularly on test builds and RC's as they are more prone to crashing, which makes FSO slightly more dangerous.

This is slated as a future feature, but it's not in 15. I haven't had the time to focus on properly testing that one.

Sorry but could someone clarify this for me? What's the best way to flash it? The EVO isn't mine. I own a gnex but I'm putting AOKP on another phone and don't understand how to flash this kernel. I don't know the phone. Any help is appreciated.

Once in recovery: go to wipe menu > wipe cache > wipe dalvik cache > main menu > flash zip > select the kernel > reboot.
