Default Htc herm200 sound problem

Hey,

I have problem with my htc tytn herm200.

couple days ago i synced my herm200 with my computer using USB cable then i disconnected it and after that all sounds stopped working. Only vibrate works but no sounds...

sounds & notifications are enabled so thats not problem.

I have hard resetted my phone once but no still not working.
I have tried google my problem but i cant find any fix for that problem
so i hope u can help me.

There are a couple of possibilities. One of the most likely to check out first is that one of the pins in the USB port of the phone has become bent and crossed another pin. Use a magnifying glass to look in the port and if you are careful any bent pin can be tweaked with a pin/needle.

The USB port carries sound connections for earphones and thus problems here can affect the sound.

hmmm seems that all pins are okey so that wasnt problem.

Well, now to track down the other possibilities.

Can I assume your in-call sound is working from the front earpiece?
If so then I think the next most likely cause is that the small white connector block for the rear speaker has been dislodged. Not Uncommon and a fairly easy fix - Just need to push it back on again.
