it's possible that the roms aren't, being downloaded to your phone correctly
have you tried comparing the md5 after it's on your sd card

I always download using my PC than transfer it to sd-card. Its an old sd from HD2 but i think its not the problem, will scan it in win. Will try to install form old CWR that is in the droid 2 bootstrap. That MIUI looks so sweet and its working fine(wi-fi works, gps etc...) i just cant get it to swich to GSM . When i enter network toggle it just show CDMA-Auto nothing more. When i try to change from *#*#XXXX*#*#* number it just FC's all the time and when I restart its back to CDMA-Auto. Its like i cant turn GSM on.

edit: Never got MIUI to work, but it seams that in AKOP B34 works GSM and all for now. This is much better and faster that that stock Bloatware.
