Used ADW EX for a while on both GB and ICS and liked it a lot (quick, smooth and good options)

I recently started using apex on ICS and it does really well and probably won't be switching anytime soon

I like trebuchet as well but apex is where its at for me

Red face I am an Apex fanboy for ICS
I think Apex is the best ICS launcher, for my needs, clean and powerful

Cool Go Launcher and Apex
Go Launcher for GB and Apex for ICS, both are good with updates and quite stable.

Nova rocks. You can put widgets in the dock.
