Ebay has galaxy notes on the daily deal. I think for brand new in the box unlocked for $520 shipped is pretty good. Especially since it is the international version.

More than likely it will. The phone has been on the market for a while and if eBay can have a sale then more sales will soon follow. The white models will always be over inflated for some reason. I personally don't care for a white phone because without a case something will get all dingy looking.

It's a bogus and meaningless disclaimer. As long you pay with PayPal you're covered in case any of these things happen.
