Default A100 ICS and Macintosh

I have searched and haven't found any info that addresses the ICS update and Macintosh.

Are there any Mac owners who have the update?
Is so, does Android File Transfer still operate smoothly?
Is there an alternative?
Has anyone looked into rooting ICS with a Mac? (Or without a PC?)

As a Mac owner without a Windows PC (or interest in one), are there any concerns I should have about updating to ICS?

I'm not familiar with Mac, but according to this thread Post #2 you have 'adb'.
So ZeroNull method should work.
If runit-linux.sh doesn't work for you then just push tools folder in /data/local/tools and execute /data/local/tools/runit.sh trough adb shell.

Android file transfer should be ok.
