Hello . Can you tell me what is the faster rom and stable ?

I would say Marvel v7.0, because its very stable and simple.
Its based on V20O btw.

he asked for a rom that is fast and stable..
marvel is good and stable but not as fast as Zeus.

fast, stable and developmental...
