The sdxc cards are supposed to work in a sdhc slot. The max capacity for a sdhc card is 32gb. The higher capacity 64+gb sdxc cards are not just higher capacity, but have other new features having to do with much higher performance. If you use a sdxc card in a sdhc slot you will only have sdhc speed and performance, but more space available.
Pretty sure they need to be formatted as fat32, and may have to be partitioned as multiple 32gb partitions in some cases.

The reason you read that is just the company trying to protect itself, it should read the "max GUARANTEED is 32gb" though, the way things are, they won't make a better micro sd that will only read on the newest of devices, that would hurt sales, but the max they can guarantee is 32gb, more than likely because that was the current technology available, can't guarantee something you can't test after all

I purchased one of these 64gig cards, and YES they do work, but sometimes you have to rescan your media for new files to show.

Also, I had to format fat32 (do not use quick format, won't work) on my PC before
phone would use it correctly. Format takes 15 minutes or more.

If you format it on the phone, files can become invisible on mass media and myfiles app.

In settings/storage shows full 59.46GB

I have been using it for a week now, and only problem is sometimes files will not show up for a few minutes. They are there but I guess it takes time for the phone to rescan.

So who's going to sell me their old Class 10 32gig SD card? lol

I purchased this card and have had no issues. I formatted it on my computer to FAT32 just as others have. The read/write speeds have been ok, ~9MB/s read and ~6MB/s write tested with "SD Card Tester" and "SD Tools" from the market. That is about double the speeds that I was getting from my 32GB class "10" PNY card.

thats sad dude my OG Epic 4G's 16Gb that came with the phone reaches higher speeds than that.

There they go thats pretty much a Class 6 even though its classless. Its called SD-Booster the cache size is normally 128KB but i boosted it to 1024KB.
