Using the new version of the Nexus launcher and it's quite nice. Usually running either that or Apex these days. The transitions on Nexus seem more polished, and the ability to scroll the drawer icons vertically and create custom tabs in the drawer is nice too.

SPB is a no brainer. Use the Lucky Patcher to stop it from checking market and away you go. Best launcher hands down.

good launchers for gb so far would be ftl, nemus, go(which I use).. haven't flashed ics so won't compare their launchers.. ive tried many and so far these launchers are midway between performance n looks..

I use Zeam. It's very customizeable and fast. So far, there have been no glitches that I have uncovered.

Launcher 7.

Borrowing the UI design from Microsoft and the more open OS from Google gives a great combo.

It's plain, it's boring, but I get things done quicker.
