How to upgrade Huawei S7 Tab to 3.0

Hi All,

I am some what new to Android. When reading all your replies, I say to my self "GOSH I really need to wake up". I got my self the Huawei S7 tab cause its really cost effective. Can some one help me out on to get the Android 3.0 and UP!!! for my S7 tab please. Currently I am having Android 2.2 which I got it from the service provider when I purchased.
