Is there a way to switch between launchers in the ROM? Or we need to flash again installer from recovery and choose the launcher manually?

Just extract launcher from zip file and replace launcher2.apk in system/app
Or you can install apex and nova from market

That is clear, thanks! But what about moto launcher? It has 2 apks in /system/app, and none of them is Launcher2.apk. Mr Sandvold, can you shed some light on this?

Newb to flash ICS - Wifi not working at all
Hi,

I have just recently flashed to Sandvold ICS from Orange UK Desire shipped rom.

I apologise if this has been answered already, but I have searched endlessly so far and found no fix.

When I turn my Wifi on there are no wireless networks listed at all.
I have tried updating the radio rom to 5.17.05.23 however this has not fixed the problem.

Any help getting wifi working would be greatly appreciated.

Have added logcat

I read this on another thread :

"If you flash another kernel, do not flash an entire boot.img but only zImage. Otherwise you will break Wifi among other things as this ROM is build with custom modifications to the dhcpcd control which is build-in to the ramdisk."

Could this be the problem?

Thanks for helping a silly newb out.

Cheers,

Liam
