don't know which rom you're running .. But i'm running CM9 nightly on a Samsung Galaxy S and it works almost flawless
and if i get a Fc's then it's the app that ****s up and not Apex
Stock ICS LP7 with CF_Root, just that. Clean, wiped, hard reset and manual reinstall/setup of all apps.
Apps that FC are Folder Organizer Donate (far better than any launcher folder manager), a simple wifi toggle widget that never gave any issue and sometimes, Apex its self. Lag is another issue, not on first install, but after a few days without reboot. Sometimes, a big delay when touching a home shortcut to launch an app. Restarting Apex launcher from time to time fixes it
On stock primitive TouchWiz, no issues. ADW Launcher EX (payed) and Go Launcher EX are rock stable, same setup, but miss many functions.
Same on my second S2, with a similar setup
I'm stuck to leave it, because of the lack of support. Will give it a second try after a few more builds, if Nova didn't fill my needs meanwhile
A bug: pushing stock search to the dock will attach it there, though non pro version
Nice but a reboot pushes the search bar from position so it moves an iconspace. .
This I w 6 or 7 icon spaces in dock.
No issues, everything works perfectly for me,no more lags in home/app drawer/home transition with the widget tab in the drawer.
For me definitely the best launcher for ICS!
Thanks for your work!

As stated from others the launcher is bit laggy respect 1.0.5.
I bought pro version to aid the development, but meanwhile Kevin give an aswer to people that ask for bug/feature request (and release beta quickly), the author of this post seems not too interested.
I hope that i've not wasted money on a "dead" launcher.
