Default Thanks Greatly

Just wanted to say THANKS.
Like a lot of people I thought that I bricked by G-TAB.
Didnt read all the instructions in another post and tried to install CWR with ROM Manager, what a dummy.
Anyway I found your EXCELLENT guide and was up and running in no time!!!
Thanks Again for your efforts!!!

Cool Bricked 8.9

Ok so here is my story... maybe a good learning curve...

i installed the root files as needed - rooted checked with SU and Terminal, no issues, installed the custom kernel - seemed to be ok, then decided to install the ROm - aokp-r29-gt7300-galaxiansoup-r3 - and this basically screed my device up to a point where i have my hands in my face - WTF - becuase the links provided kicked me off almost everytime (about 6 attempts) @ 123 MB, so im counting the freeking badwidth i wasted - then stubled across a link to a torrent that i though would work....

and to my surprise - the device is now in a "soft brick state"

--- i had my doubts about this rom and now i know, since my 7" is working like a bomb with the overcome rom, this is what im downloading right now - hopefully through the Odin Tool i should be ok,

i think the lesson here - trust the ROM you know and stay away from the Torrents !!!

I followed the above instructions. The "terms and Service...." comes up "Google Play" even though the icon remains "Market". That is fine with me, thanks!

Default Little update

Added some newer drivers in the Download Pack just in case. Not needed if you already are up and running.

Thanks for the feedback, appreciated. As the guide says on the Nandroid How-To:

...as a backup located in your internal memory, inside a folder called "clockworkmod".
You just copy your preferred Nandroid Backup (the folder will be named as the date when it was made) or the whole clockworkmod folder to your PC through USB, ADB or a wireless method such as the Airdroid app.

I figure out few ways to transfer file(s) from P7300 to PC:

+ By Bluetooth: quite slow (< 200 kbps)
+ By wifi as you mentioned above with about 1 Mbps speed

However, I do not know how to do with USB cable except using with Kies because afaik
P7300 does not support the mass storage mount. Please advise.

Nice weekend to you
