Yes I have updated drivers.
It might not be graphics issue as I have dedicated ATI 1GB Graphics for gaming
MS Office 2010 which has more better UI than VTS runs buttery smooth.
Tried reinstalling .net framework, same problem

Burned from my laser torch using pencil cells

Haven't kept up , but do I need to do any thing special to re-compile ICS apk's. de compiled fine and I was able to edit the .9png but after trying to rebuild I get this error

Hm, haven't seen this ApkTool error to date yet...
Did you try using another ApkTool version?

No its using 1.43 located in the vts file directory

edit: I will re install everything later on I didn't have java setup when I first installed VTS and may be my install is messy like my desktop. I was just looking for an easy way to pull .9png

Well then try using another Version. Also make sure to try different combinations for decompiling and recompiling.
However, some apks simply cannot be handled by Apktool. Not much you can do then

Thanks for this tool, I think this is the perfect alternative for APK Manager, still have to get used to it but I think this will save me a lot of time . Great job!
