There is nothing in /data directory.
Are you looking in /data from the root folder or /mnt/sdcard/data?

Default Root

Since the instructions said /, i assumed that "/" was root so yes i looked at root.
so under /data there is no directory or its all empty even the file size attributes indicate its empty.
Also under /mnt/sdcard there is no data directory.

What is there is this /mnt/sdcard/Android/data/ and there are directories for opera, madfingers etc with this format in the directory name, com.opera.browser
or com.google.earth etc and inside these directories are the data files for the apps.

Very strange man! Without any data in root directory I have zero idea. All of my apps are in /data. Some also store data in /sdcard

Default Its not standard ICS?

that's why I was hoping directory bind would work because location can br entered manually but the program starts and its an empty box and no options nothing to enter values.
