ok I will try this ..but now I copyied conversation.apk and it works great for me but write a new message button in main screen (on top right of app) is not fit to its row and its good that you change its width to become fit in its parent...

about player I like to use sonyies player ..I am considering that you have no time to fix this ..so I will wait

You should install 1.01 first then 1.20..
Because 1.29 is only a fix and a small update

Before installing remove framework-res.apk from both zip files and install v1.01 and then 1.2.I cannot guarantee 100% that it will work on modified roms like ka16,it can give some fc's or reboots as rom itself specially if you install stock framework

that explains how to add crt screen off animation to freamwork-res.apk file..I tried to add it to your edited freamwork to see it works or not but I couldn't compile it
So It will be nice if its possible to add this to your next version (I know this mod is for GB but maybe it works on ICS)

Old apk tool won't work good with ICS apks.that can be the problem
