This is an AOSP rom, so it doesn't have those Asus things (except apps)

Install the recovery again

I don't know as I haven't used any other roms because I love this one so much but I get pretty good battery life. What kind of life are you getting?

It's already in CM9

I think you only need to do this
echo 1 > /sys/kernel/mm/ksm/run

You must also use a KSM enabled kernel like guevor test17

Edit: just tried it and now I have a lot of free ram
ROM: [ICS 4.0.4] Megatron (CM9 based) (Working dock and 3G)
NTFS and exFAT support
OC kernels support
PS3 Controller support

I can create a Asus Sync account in the settings but it still won't work...

I wiped everything twice and I still have the problem. I'm using Guevor test 16 kernel.

Thanks!
I had same issue. And when I plugged in to my PC, windows doesn't see files/directories on SD cards (both).
So I've gone back to CWM and done a format system/cache with advanced options.
Then factory reset and flashed the 1.0.4.
At first boot, I've tried with Windows and all was correct. But If I restore Asus Sync from my backup (via Titanium), it seems that it changes something and Asus Sync didn't work anymore.
So don't restore Asus Sync....
Hope it will help.

ROM now works very will together with Guevor test17. No battery drain (was a 16B issue for me). Very snappy. Really like my transformer a LOT again. Need a little more testing with it to see if it keeps stable over a couple of days.
