Ok. Let me make sure im understanding you guys right. Your saying that if you dont have root on the note that you cant flash a rom? Because writing to the /system partition will fail?

Thanks mate... how can I hide some of my albums in galary? On CM9 and AOSP I'm just renaming the folder and putting dot b4 the folder name but here didn't hide my album?

You could use QuickPic as a Gallery Replacement app which has an option to hide gallery folders.

No vibration for text messages

Hey guys,

So when the phone is in vibrate mode, it does vibrate for incoming calls, but nothing happens for text messages.

Am i missing something here?

hmm. looking through settings, there apparently is no option for vibration only for notifications.

sigh... i like keeping my phone silent.
