Did you follow steps in OP?

No wipe
Flash 1.7
flash black themed apps
wipe cache
wipe dalvik
fix permissions
reboot

should work ok, if not you might need to wipe data and start fresh!

hi.. i have rooted my device to with odin and this file CF-Root-SGS2_XX_OXA_KPA-v5.2-CWM5

i downloaded latest version and copied to root of card.. when i went to recovery and tried to flash that, it came as E:Signature Verification failed. am i doing anything wrong??

i have stock ics 4.0.3 then rooted and in recovery i tried to flash and got that error. can u pls help me with installing?

yep that's what i figured out too XD
in the thread it's mentioned that you can install the themes when your ROM has NO MODS!!! XD
so i think the green won't work too...

so let's talk about alternatives. which app to use for changing themes?

He asked green infinitum, not black. Why black infinitum won't work with this rom? If I'm not mistaken that theme is for AOKP roms too.

i had the same problem and it was NOT a corrupted .zip file.
seems that this is an issue due to the cwm version he's using.
attached the cwm version i received and which worked fine
