You probably dirty flashed the ota from a 2.3.3 ROM.

You need to format data/system, then flash 2.3.4 via cwm. Can't be on 2.3.3 then dirty flash 2.3.4 on top.

I thank everyone for their work, even if I don't download it or use. Trust me if it wasn't against the rules to make multiple accounts, I would make like 10 to thank your hard working devs /themers

I did this yet my notification bar is gone as well..
