I don't actually think it would likely brick your phone but never flash something not meant for your device to be safe.

Thanks that's what I thought that is why I asked. Now is milestone 5 newer version than build 34?

If I don't unlock the phone shortly after it boots, it goes black and I cannot get the screen on unless I pull the battery. The backlit keys still light up but the screen is off.

I'm sure this has been covered but it is annoying.

EDIT: Just strange behavior out of mine. In fact, I have been having problems for the last few days with a lot of stuff. Market won't download (921 error) even after "killall drmserver" command, Titanium extremely slow restoring, extreme lag, etc. I feel like it may be my recovery somehow (4ext). I just haven't nailed down the problem. Just ignore this as I vent on paper ;)

If you have a class 4 SD card try setting it to 3072 and test out the rom after that and see if the lag is fixed. If you have higher then class 4 you can try setting it higher to get better performance. Check out init2winit.com faq for more info on SD booster and the settings you should have it at if you are experiencing lag.

Odd issue. A short press on the power button isn't turning my screen off. It's pulling up the power menu instead. Was happening on 34 and is still happening on m5. I only flashed m5, and happy. Anybody else see this?

Just installed M5 and do not have this issue. Actually I do not have any issues. Did not have to killall via terminal. Have yet to test mms.

Searching is easy. Making people angry that you didn't search is even easier. Use XDA on browser if you have trouble searching.

Make Visual Voice Mail work on any custom rom.

Is goo going through some maintenance? Because I can't access the website for some reason.

EDIT: Never mind, I eventually downloaded the file and going to flash soon.

I am using M5 and still had to do mms fix and camera fix as well. Also the mod for recent app button by litetaker works fine as well.

Goo worked fine for me a hour ago.
