If not then shoot this update sucks. Btw what changes are in the 2.3.5 update? I don't even know what they changed in the Electrify.

You misunderstand. This is a maintenance update, not an OS upgrade. It fixes some bugs that some users reported. If you do decide to install this update (like you have a choice if you are stock) you will be able to install the OS upgrade to ICS when Moto releases it. After installing 2.3.5 the OS upgrade from Moto is the only way you will get ICS as the bootloader will be locked.
If this update Borks something else then you are stuck until it's fixed by Moto as you will be unable to return to 2.3.4. And, yes, that can happen, too. When Moto released 4.5.601 for the Droid X it broke camera settings (wouldn't stick) Google maps and Google earth didn't work right (east & west were reversed). Some people waited for a Moto fix (4.5.605, 60??, now it's 621) while others flashed back to 4.5.596. The fix broke more than it fixed. Hopefully this won't be the case here.
If you don't care because you want to keep 4G then it doesn't matter. As for me 4G means nothing. 4G is not available where I live and will not be for a long time, if ever.
My MoPho's in the kitchen sink!!
So much to see, so much to do.
