Go to build.prop. Then look for this line

look for this line below.. (it depends on your device)

ro.product.model=GT-S5670
ro.product.manufacturer=Samsung

Change it to

ro.product.model=HTC-Desire
ro.product.manufacturer=HTC

This will only make your phone look like a high end phone to the market, however there r no 100% chances that what u download will surely work.
