Here is my current setup.

Tweaked 2.0 w/ Zeam Launcher

Dock: Phone, SMS, App Drawer, Gtalk, Gmail

Default Screen: Smooth Calendar widget, Camera, Google Music

2nd Screen: Palmary Weather widget, Clock, Google+, Tweakdeck, Games Folder (words with friends, scramble with friends, draw something), Play Store

This setup has given me great battery life and maximized utility. My home screen and dock have the things I need quick access to. My 2nd screen has the apps I use the most but do not necessary need quick access to.
