If you look inside the zip you downloaded with Minus app there is probably another zip inside the rom zip. Basically the revolution from zip was zipped again.

Well that would explain it! No worries. Phone is working. Waiting to see if I have random reboot issues on 2.3

Only one thing: battery dont show %.
