Is anybody facing camera recording issues in 0429 Quarx on Bayer lens Defy? That was ok on 0413 build.
Btw 0429 feels smoother even than 0413, advanced settings menu was fixed and data usage statics is working now.
Hope somebody get a workaround for the camera recorder to avoid coming back once more to 0413

That's correct, only the Gingerbread kernel supports 4 CPU speeds.

have installed 0428 gingerbread on my defy+ red lense. In bootloader there a only 3 CPU speed settings.

Should i install the old bootloader?

Install SetVsel from Play Store.

Sorry, but I'm stuck with the Froyo kernel, and I have no idea about the problem you're facing. Maybe the other guys can give you a solution.

I'm using Quarx's 0429 version and while everything works as intended, the Phone doesn't!!! ... I mean, PHONE! the main function most of us forgot it had (lol)... yeah, I can type numbers 'n shiz, but when I make a call, com.android.phone force-closes. Any ideas? I love this release but I can't make calls D: I'm using a correct baseband, too.

I'm using LCD Density 180 btw.

Well, it's your problem then, my phone used those 3 speeds plus the deep sleep state in CM7 and CM9 (the 600mhz value when listening to music, or some light to medium usage, but for a short while).

And if you see that thread link I posted, this is actually not just my problem (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...php?p=25241397). But perhaps it doesn't happen to everyone

The baseband simply states with what regions it is compatible, it has nothing to do with the SBF or ROM.
Well, everyone uses their phone differently, so it's a bit hard to standardize the usage

. Same goes for the voltages: since every CPU is different, some people are able to undervolt more than others and still have stability.
