OK, download, wipe cache, wipe dalvik, installing #96, reboot, wait... wait... and yes, status-bar blurry, change status-bar setting and REBOOT.
And then... YES !!! YOU MADE IT !!!
My status-bar is now transparent, but where's the clock ?
An idea : going to CM Settings -> Interface -> Status bar tweaks -> clock color -> pick a color...
AND THE CLOCK APPEARS IN A CENTERED POSITION !

FYI I tested custom colors, changing clock position and color, everything is ok for me.
But i need more tests to be sure.
Anyway, for me, this tweak is near perfect !

Take a video in low light, upload it to your PC (or mac) and loot at the frame rate. If it is 30 you are ok. If it is much less then you are on stock CM. (also the bits/sec are much higher)

Something important I must say : to enable the transparent status-bar, i had to install a live wallpaper...
I can't remeber where I read this tip (maybe cougarcougar thread ?), but it works (I don't know why...).
So I choose "Slideshow Wallpaper" on the market, put my wallpaper in a directory and choose this directory.
And it's done !
If someone managed to get the transparent status-bar without this tip, he can post here.
