"Whatever needed" must include making sure that you're not flashing over and over again a corrupted zip file.
Have you checked md5's lately?
Just to make sure, try comparing with md5 from the file that I have on my sd-card (and i hope that it's not corrupt- but hey- it booted for me and phone is working so I guess it's ok):

After you've checked this basic thing (md5 should have been added to OP
), then make sure that you not only wipe everything (data, cache, dalvik) but also format at least /system (and NOT sdcard )Also make sure you check the md5 on the file that's on the sd-card and you're going to flash, as a couple of times I got it actually corrupted while transferring from PC, so I ended up flashing bad file although on PC it was ok...

I started a theme with holo_light but it's A LOT of work on pictures&xml... However settings and some other rom parts look so nice in white holo now

Bugs found so far...
-DSP manager not working (tried on wired and bluetooth headsets)
-SD Card suddenly unmounted (like CM 7.2-RC1 bug)
-Online Video not working (like video-on-demand on SkyFire resulting to media error)
-Some program lockups (resulting to max CPU speed everytime)
-Panorama and Camcorder not working (already posted by Dev)
-Video (locally available e.g. mp4, avi, mov) is choppy
...anything aside looks beautiful.

Mic Fix
The inbuilt mic does not work when you plugin the headphone. this was there on cm 7.2 as well and there was a mic_fix.zip for that i guess the driver files from that zip might work for this as well

Anyone getting random reboots on the latest release? I had 3 today, all of which occurred while I was watching a video on youtube. It seems to be fine when I am not using youtube. I don't know if a logcat is possible because the reboot comes unexpectedly.

I have 2 rebots, not that random. Only happened watching youtube videos in horizontal, and was at 6-7 min of the video. Maybe is a bug or something related to H/W acc.
Tethering doesn't seem to work, it either freezes or causes me FR (forced reboot )
So, I was looking for something similar to "Wifi Ad hoc enabler" (http://tinyurl.com/7f9kh2w) that will do the trick for tethering.
I tried this one: http://tinyurl.com/c48tx7a, and I was able to Wifi-tether the phone to one of my devices (Ainol AdvancedII chinese tablet running on ICS4.0.3).
Haven't tried BT tethering (same app can do either BT or Wifi), but I'll give it a try too and update.

To start off let me thank the whole "HAL" team for the huge effort on having a great ICS on our LG P500. You really amazed me!
I want to ask you if any of you have a high AlarmManager PartialWakeLock. I have a 6.6% in 2h (since charged), which I find to be excessive. I use AlarmDroid as alarm manager, do you use any liighter one?

26Usb mass storage solved!
Finally I did it after couple of hours. It's problem of MTP USB windows drivers. After checking 'Mass storage' in phone, installing new 3.7.2 drivers, updating SDK to new version then you have to go to folder Windows/inf/ and delete this files wpdmtp.inf and wpdmtp.PNF but backup it FIRST!!.
After this procedure u will have full working USB Mass Storage19As u know HepHappy has started a new thread for his new build of CM9 based on CAF Kernel,this thread means for all discussions & off-topics.So please share your experience with the rom & ofcourse the OTs

Make full wipe (except wipe sd) for the first time installation
