[Q] Install CWM on stock

I already have root using DoomLord one click method on stock ICS on my Arc S. I now need CWM. Is there any way to get CWM on there without installing a full ICS mod and without losing my existing setup?

flash this kernel.it's official with cwm preinstalled.

How do I flash that with ADB again? I can't find Fastboot.
