Well I already have HardSPL on mine... do you have an idea if that unlocks CID to flash the unlocked radio? Do you have any hint for that?
Dont work for spl 0.88 on my rhod300. Seem to imposible unlock it.
Big thanks to cajunflavoredbob for providing this!
BUT, can someone help me figure out why this won't work for me?
Stock tp2 xv6875 verizon rho500 cdma (MR3)
Connect phone via activsync
Turned off virus protection
Ran Canjun's HSPL
F enter, then Y enter, to the DOS window
Yes to the DLL shows up on phone screen
Phone reboots
DOS window sits at "press any key to continue"
Phone fully boots
Power down phone
Vol down + Power = bootloader still shows stock 0.72 bootloader :crying:
So I flashed to the shipped wm6.1 rom thinking the 0.63 bootloader may help.
But same result.
PC: Windows XP
Phone batt life 50%+
I've paid to flash 2 of 3 phones from olinex (2 tickets are still live in their support system). Since I had never received a response from them I was hoping my 4th could use this.
Thanks for your replies!
Cajunflavoredbob, I appreciate you replying. I intentionally did not want to PM you per your request. I was hoping someone else who had used what you posted could point out something I was doing wrong.
Anyone else tried cajunflavoredbob's attachment with success?
One clarification: after I hit F and then Y and the phone reboots, does it matter when I "Press any key to continue" on the DOS window? (immediately or after phone fully boots?) Or is that insignificant?
After trying a different computer 2 more times without success, I decided to put in my old sim card.
It worked on the 1st try! So it appears this requires a sim card for completion (even though this is the CDMA version).
I'm very happy that this worked; thanks again for posting cajunflavoredbob!
I confirm that this is the OliNex HSPL loaded in a different way that bypasses the internet check. Please note that this fine isn't a virus, even if your AV software may tell you otherwise.DO NOT PM ME ABOUT THIS
Sorry to Olipro and cmonex, but you guys haven't been around to support this software. Report this if anyone wants to. I'm tired of getting PMs to support someone else's software. If this post needs to be removed, then so be it.
What I'm posting here is basically a cracked version of the OliNex HSPL. Follow the instructions in the zip after you extract it. I take no responsibility for it, nor will I support it. This is for all Rhodium models including both GSM and CDMA models.
DO NOT PM ME ABOUT THIS
Oh, ok so I should still go for the Automatic one?
The manual would require that I run the Manual file on the HTC right, and this will not work.
---------- Post added at 09:44 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:15 PM ----------
So no dice, checked or unchecked the automatic one only tells me that I have used it too many times, I try to use the automatic one twice in a row. With no internet connection it asks me to try again in 5 mins, so I need to be connected.
Manual SPL will only take me until the flashing starts, and since I am not able to run the manual file on the HTC ( it just freezes ), this is where I am stuck
Any last resort?
