All is tested, but not all chips are made equal
On Android
1 - Backup all user apps with TitaniumBackup
2 - Backup a few System apps, like: mail, IME dictionary, call log
3 - Backup current rom with Rom Manager
4 - Put latest BinDroid rom on your InternalStorage
Go to Bootloader
1 - Clean cache: fastboot erase cache
2 - flash boot.img: fastboot flash boot boot.img
Go to Recovery
1 - Select to install zip from SD
2 - Select the latest BinDroid rom you put on your InternalStorage
3 - On Aroma installer select FullWipe
4 - On Aroma installer select all your user choices
5 - Reboot your device
On Android
1 - Go thru the setup
2 - Go too TitaniumBackup and restore your System apps
3 - Reboot your device
4 - Restore all user apps with TitaniumBackup
5 - Reboot your device
6 - Go to settings and set your prefferences
7 - Go to Sync and setup your Google account, and all other sync accounts
8 - Setup your Homescreens
9 - Restore your SMS/Text messages from SD or your Gmail account using "SMS Backup+" free from Play Store
10- Restore Contacts from SD, if you don't sync them with Google
11- Reboot your device, and your ready
This takes me about 30/45 min.
