Could you do me a favour?

If you've every installed spare parts, then you can change the animation speed. One way to solve my lag is to put them to fast, it's lagfree but I'm not to sure if it looks good or not!

Sorry to keep this thread going, but I didn't expect lag on this. Or I do a factory reset? Or setting my CPU to a min of 500mhz works, but then would that damage my device in the short term?

Would that ditch root?
