pardon for my intrusion.
creed's rom in sgy and fit are developed by same person. he own both devices. @avi n hitme: please stop arguing each other. its for your own sakes.

@wa19: I assume that link2sd shows sd-ext mount error or link error after you restore your data. cwm can make a backup of all apps (both system's n user's apps) but please make sure that you've delete all link created by link2sd before create your backup.

2. When I used to back up my rom my partition is also restored and works as normal with all my apps etc so would it work in my current situation stated in point 1.
thanks
Dude, if you just wanna restore data, use freakin' Titanium Backup. A Nandroid backup doesn't include your SD ext. So if you've used Link2SD, you gotta manually reinstall all apps that you'd linked. So before doing a Nandroid backup, remove all links! Thats it! Now please stop elongating this! Christ!

I ain't arguing with you! I just want this thread closed cuz people here are arguing. Lets me be as simple as I can, if you use Link2SD and link any app to SD, it WON'T be backed up. You can back them up using TB, that's Titanium for you. And you can restore the app from TB and link it back to SD again. Get it? If you don't, I can't help you.
