As I remember latest version of Flamemo's Xperia S theme for GB's framework-res have that clock.Try it

strange,I remember having that thinner xperia s lock screen clock when I was using gingerbread.Try this framework.darn cannot remember which framework I used :/

Also try changing lock screen clock font to roboto,that should work I think

I cant believe I solved it! It's not about framwork-res.apk or fonts . It's about framework.jar
