I had the exact same thing happen to me when I was running V5.1.1. It would be fine for a while after I fixed them all again, but after a reboot and a little time passed, they would all magically be messed up again. I could never figure it out and it was driving me crazy, even after doing a complete reload of the rom! I have since been playing with some ICS roms and have not had the issue at all, so I'm not sure what is up with that.

I had the same problem. I tried to fix it formatting the SD card but the problem persists... So may be an Android problem... I hope that ICS fix it...

I've been wondering about using WLAN on my DHD and encountered an annoying feature(?). Despite of which options I choose in the settings, WLAN will be turned off at some point when my phone is not being used - even when charging it.

Any idea how to change this? It's especially bothersome when having a weak WLAN reception as it seems like it sometimes doesn't find a network automatically but only when you go to the WLAN settings menu manually.

PS: who has been responsible for the VPN implementation in Android? No automatic reconnect after Internet connection is lost? No way to start it as soon as Internet connection is established (and hence automatic sync happens before you've been able to establish a vpn network...)? Needing an external asp to create a shortcut to the von menu? Oh my...

Unhallowedone... stick with the basic - default tone. I had similar problems in the past and just give up and use the default. :)

I think that is a problem only when Vol+ and Vol- are used. Using the HTC Widget for Sound/Silence/Vibrate the SMS tone is not changed...

- congrats on new job (hoping it's for the best)
- congrats on family (if I recall correctly, a LeeDroid's egg hatched not so long ago)
- congrats on porting the remaining tweaks, tough task but worth it I'm sure.
- congrats on being driven insane, insanity has made many's work a piece of art ;D

Worry not about harsh PM's, that probably comes with fame, nothing can be done about it.
Just know that most of us keep quiet as not to disturb the artist's creativity, but we do cherish, if not admire, the presents you give us.
I've been using Leedroid on my DHD from the first day it was uncapped (rooted if you prefer) with version 3.x and have loved it ever since.
As a bit of a programmer myself I believe that, if there was no bug, it would mean not enough risky changes were done. Your responsiveness in fixing them is what makes the difference.

I'm not used to speak up in forums but figured this was an emergency

Going back to "hibernate" mode...
