actually, not all of ICS roms support arabic i was having the S2 and some versions of ics wasn't with arabic support .

I have never had problems when I have flashed so if it doesn't work try the uninstall/reinstall method

I had problem with playing flash videos on websites in full screen (the full screen button never works). But i had the same issue on stock ICS too. So it's prob something either HTC or Adobe need to fix.
