Just curious, but how this this rom compare to BlackIce? I know that it's GB vs ICS but what about in terms of extra features and speed etc?

Your problem usually happens when ever the device thinks a video or game is still being played. It used happen to me whenever I played a YouTube video that lagged and I just killed the app then and there.

Extra features are listed in the changelogs in the OP. Speed is good.
But I'm being vague because you really need to try it yourself to find out. You can't rely on people telling you whether the ROM is good or not. Partly because the experience varies from person to person/device to device.

I personally switched from Blackice to this a few months ago, and never looked back.

Best way is to do full wipe befer Flash new rom.

I would suggest download ROM again and re-install with full wipe.
Check MD5 summe before you re-install. The last one should have

Hi, I don't know why we have to check MD5? I actually don't know what MD5 is
all I do is just copy rom, full wiped, and install new rom, that's it!
