This Rom won't wipe your Data,but I recomend you to perform a Factory Reset Before Flashing!

This Rom works for Locked and Unlocked Bootloaders!

After any Update I recomend you to wipe Cache!

2 - Root and install CWM using this pack: Root And CWM.zip

3 - Enter Recovery, Clear Cache and Davilk Cache.

4 - Download Gin2KitKat Rom And Flash it with ClockWorkMod.

5 - Reboot and play for a while.

6 - Reboot a second time and Enjoy!

I AM A PROUD OWNER OF THE HTC ONE NOW. I also now own a Advent Note Tegra 7 and loving it also.
Used to Own a HTC ONE X before
Used to have Xperia Play- MISS IT THOUGH, that GAMEPAD I LOVED IT.

The Rom iitself is 2.3.7 but has ICS User interface and xperia S features. Try enabling software rendering btw. Also what have you got to lose? Backup your current system and If you don't like this then restore.
