I'm one of the poor soul that own a 717M. So yes that is definitely a Bell Note.

What's wrong with the 717M? Works great for me =)

Anyway, the M is the bell version. This is the stock ROM then? Weird that this gets posted right after someone else here on the forums figured out how to get packaged for Odin (in the General Forum).

Yeah, I was the one that made and posted the one in the General Forum (where it belongs). If you're looking to go back to stock on Bell (i717M), check out mine instead. Several people have used it with good results and I used it myself yesterday in the hopes that Bell is one of the carriers getting ICS soon, lol.

Hopefully the OP chimes in with more info on his though. Would be nice to know if he did anything different.

The phone is not the problem, Bell's service is the problem. :/

Anyway, the stock rom works for me. So thanks to the OP.

Just d/led this and flashed via CWM, still says CUSTOM under rom section of download mode. any way to make this go back to SAMSUNG or OFFICIAL?? anyone?

Use one of the stock odins in the dev section
