I guess it won't be much trouble (but i can't promise for sure), because i already got the working base.
The only thing that could make trouble in future is keeping his modifications, without losing new features/fixes and the other way round.

But this is still theory, could be that i face issues at first stance and also never.

Edit: Another option would be to show someone how to build it from source

What else is on Ice Cold Sandwich? I thought, it's lightly modified by LorD ClockaN with his own kernel (unuseful for us) but didn't noticed big changes. Only Browser app works a little better as I described. Is there something really significant to port it from his sources?

IceColdSandwich isn't a aokp rom, it is cm9 with parts of aokp and aditional modifications at many parts.

And the kernel is only for the dhd, lord clockan tried it to merge the changes he made to the dhd kernel into the saga kernel, but it didn't work and he don't wanted to build one from scratch, here is the cm9 kernel used.

It's a combo of CM9 and AOKP (mostly CM9). The thing is, this ROM is almost dead. As posted numerous times, LC no longer plans to update this, since he got a One X, just one or two final updates. But i guess we have AOKP & Cm9 built from source, this may no longer be needed. It was really awesome ROM though

I haven't noticed so many changes, in the fact it seems to me very similar to your rom. But the biggest problem with his rom is almost dead project.

For the IceColdSandwich fans, 7.4 stable is out and ported. If Vampire will port also he will update the OP. ROM was ported using CM9 kernel and camera files from Tectas AOKP ROM (was the best I found for camera)
