after installing rom, did you do a hard reset?

yes, did hard reset. as long as i keep my finger on the screen it will stay on,but if i remove my finger then after 10 sec it goes dim, then after 30 sec it goes blank, have to push button to get it to turn back on.

The build number 21916 should tell you it is WM 6.5
